Sierra Ridge Winery wines have garnered multiple awards. Awards include the 2009 California State Fair, The Finer lakes of New York International Competition, competitions in Texas, Orange County, Los Angeles County & the San Francisco Chronicle International Competition.

Twenty three different varieties of grapes are produced in the vineyard. The winery's flagship wine, Pinotage, is a variety from South Africa brought here by John L.  It is believed that we are the largest producer of Pinotage in the entire United States.

Our Italian varietal program includes, Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Aglianico, Freisa & Barbera.

The more classic Bordeaux varieties produced are Merlot, Grenache, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. All are estate grown.
