| February 2012 Wine Selections: |
- 2008 Pinotage. Sierra Ridge Winery is one of only a handful of producers of this wine, & the wine was introduced to California by Sierra Ridge.
Our Pinotage is a rich full bodied, deeply colored, with smooth & supple tannins, excellent structure and well balanced. Excellently pairs with any hearty dish, try it with your favorite lasagna recipe or any braised meat dish.
- 2005 Port. Our port is made from 100% Sousau grape. Sousau is a traditional Portuguese port variety. This port has excellent body, deep reddish amber color. Excellent with Stilton Blue Cheese, fruits or look at our recipe section for a wonderful dark chocolate cake recipe to pair with the port.
