For those of you cannot get enough of the Reds, these wine are our first selection for 2010. We know that you will enjoy them as much as we do. The Nebbiolo was a recent award winner at the San Francisco Chronicle International Competition!

• 2006 Tanglewood
  The Tanglewood Red is a unique blend of our 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) & our 2006 Pinotage (40%).  This wine is as smooth as it can get. This is a wonderful glass of wine on its own or with your meal.  Tanglewood Red was aged in American & French barrels, blended and aged for approximately 18 months. Then the wine was bottled aged until Feb. 2010
  
  

• 2005 Cabernet Franc
  The Cabernet Franc is a lovely wine with fruit forward currant, blackberry and dried cherry, and spicy flavor notes of pepper clove, and cedar. This wine, as well all of the wines at Sierra Ridge compliments any food, but is especially nice with red meats or hearty pasta dishes. Cabernet Franc is important in France, where it is grown in the Loire Valley and in Bordeaux, particularly Pomerol and St. Emilion.
