WHITE ZINFANDEL ~
Unlike many White Zinfandels, this wine is medium dry with a fine
sugar to acid balance. It is not too fruity which enables it to be a
good food-friendly wine. When used as a sipping wine it should be
served chilled.

2003 SANGIOVESE ~
Our Sangiovese has a medium-heavy body,
excellent color, smooth texture, and is very well balanced. The nose
is typical of the variety showing strong aromas of fruit. The feel is
full and with strong fruit flavors. There is a slight hint of pepper
and tobacco, but the overriding flavor is that of plums and berries.
This wine is ideal for salads, light meats, strong fish, and pasta.

Orange Muscat

Our Estate Orange Muscat is a dessert
wine that is exceptional when paired with light meals. It has the
typical fruity Muscat flavors and aromas, and is a delightful wine
when served in combination with fresh fruits and fruity deserts. |

2002
CABERNET SAUVIGNON ~ ESTATE ~
This estate Cabernet
Sauvignon is a traditional red wine, perfect with heartier meals. Served with
game as well as all red meats, this wine carries the flavor of our French and American
oak casks, which accent and complement the blackberry and pepper flavors of our
Amador County Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine is aging beautifully , is
ready to be consumed now, and will live for a number of years in the future.

2002
CABERNET FRANC
ESTATE
~
Our
Cabernet Franc is a wine of supple texture, with rich forward fruit
and flavors of blackberry and current. It was aged in French and
American casks which complement the flavors and make it the perfect
wine for red meats strong fish, and pasta dishes.

2002 ZINFANDEL ~
This wine has the color of black fading to a purple rim. It is full bodied
and possesses full acidity. It is highly extracted, very dry, and moderately
tanic. It is reminiscent of violets, chocolate, super ripe fruit, coffee, and
layers of spicy wood flavor in a protracted, vibrant structure. It displays
port-like weight and viscosity and is a wine for those who crave the biggest,
jammiest reds imaginable.

2000 PORT
~ ESTATE
Souzao is a traditional port variety.
The wine has excellent body, elegant color, and is exceptionally
smooth. We expect the wine to age beautifully for many years to
come. The complex fruit flavors combine with a hint of oak resulting
in a lingering taste. |

2003 PINOTAGE ~ ESTATE
This unique wine
has a very deep purple color, is very full bodied, well balanced,
highly extracted, moderately tannic, and very dry. It has ripe fruit
flavors and an underlying smoky character. The wine exhibits a
noticeable raspberry flavor. This wine is perfect for those who
crave a big, different food wine to compliment heavy meats. |

2005 CHARDONNAY ~ ESTATE
Our Estate
Chardonnay was subjected to a short aging in oak barrels and
transferred to steel. The resultant flavors are vanilla,
butterscotch, and citrus with a slight amount of oak. This is a very
dry, full bodied wine which is very versatile and is best served
with fowl, fish, salads, or soups.

SAUVIGNON BLANC
This light,
fruity Sauvignon Blanc exhibits the character of grapefruit and
peaches. The wine is extremely well balanced and is a delightfully
accompaniment to salads, fish, fruit, and poultry.
